Master Billing LLC ("Master Billing," "we," "us," or "our") operates masterbilling.org and provides revenue cycle management services to dermatology practices. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors and clients, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you submit a form on masterbilling.org — for example, a Free Revenue Audit request, a strategy call booking, or a contact inquiry — we collect:
Please do not submit patient health information through this website. The forms on masterbilling.org are intended for business contact only.
When you visit the site, our analytics and advertising tools collect standard web data:
Some U.S. state privacy laws (notably California's CPRA) define certain categories of personal information as "sensitive" — including precise geolocation, race or ethnicity, religious beliefs, union membership, the contents of mail or messages, genetic data, biometric identifiers, health diagnoses, and sexual orientation. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information from website visitors. The forms on masterbilling.org are intended for business contact only.
We use cookies and similar technologies from the following third parties. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.

You can manage Google Ads personalization in your Google Ads Settings.
Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no industry standard for how to interpret DNT, we do not change our data collection or use practices in response to DNT signals.
We do, however, recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the laws of states that recognize GPC (including California). When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we will treat it as an opt-out request for that browser session.
We do not sell or rent your personal information for money. We share data only in these circumstances:
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do, however, use third-party advertising and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) that may involve "sharing" of online identifiers and behavior data for cross-context behavioral advertising under California's CPRA framework.
To opt out of this sharing for your browser, you may:
We retain personal information for the periods needed to deliver the services you request and to meet our legal, contractual, and accounting obligations:
If you request deletion of your information, we will honor the request to the extent permitted by law and our obligations to you.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email team@masterbilling.org. We will respond within the time required by the law that applies to you (typically 45 days, with one extension of up to 45 days where reasonably necessary).
To prevent fraudulent or unauthorized requests, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a rights request. Verification typically involves matching information you provide to information we already hold — for example, the email address used to submit a Free Revenue Audit request and the practice name associated with that submission. For requests covering sensitive operations (such as deletion), we may ask for additional verification.
You may designate an authorized agent to make a privacy request on your behalf. The agent must provide written, signed authorization from you, and we may contact you to verify the authorization. We will not act on a request from an agent that we cannot verify.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. We will not deny services, charge different prices, provide a lower quality of service, or retaliate based on a privacy request.
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives California residents specific rights with respect to their personal information. The disclosures in this section are provided in the format required by California law.
In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from California residents:
We do not knowingly collect "sensitive personal information" as defined by the CPRA from website visitors.
Information is collected directly from you (via forms), automatically (via cookies and analytics), and from our service providers (HubSpot, Netlify, Google, Kit). We use this information for the purposes described in "How We Use Information." We disclose it to the categories of recipients described in "How We Share Information."
California residents have the right to: know what personal information we have collected; access copies of that information; request deletion; request correction; opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising; limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect this from website visitors); and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these rights, follow the procedure in "Your Rights." To opt out of sharing, see "Sale or Sharing of Personal Information."
California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code § 1798.83) permits California residents to request information about the disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Several other U.S. states have enacted comprehensive consumer privacy laws — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Tennessee, Indiana, Iowa, Delaware, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Minnesota, and Maryland. Where these laws apply to our processing of your personal information, we extend the rights they provide to all U.S. residents through this policy: the right to access, correct, delete, port, and opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or significant profiling. To exercise these rights, follow the procedure in "Your Rights."
If a state law provides a right that this policy does not explicitly grant, we will honor the right as required by the law that applies to you.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and related laws give you specific rights regarding your personal information.

Consent to be contacted is not a condition of receiving a Free Revenue Audit or any other service. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply to text messages. You can opt out of phone calls by asking us to remove your number from our outreach list, and you can opt out of text messages by replying STOP to any text message we send.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold — including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls on our systems, and vendor due diligence. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we discover a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any applicable regulatory authorities as required by law — typically within 30 to 72 hours of confirming the breach, depending on the law that applies.
